Director of Property Services

Job Description

The Director of Property Services will oversee key operational functions in support of Browning’s industrial real estate portfolio. This role is critical to ensure all properties are maintained to the highest standards, tenant relationships are nurtured, and financial performance aligns with the company’s investment objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting or another related field; CPM preferred.
• 5+ years of commercial real estate experience, with a minimum of 3 years exclusive to the industrial sector.
• Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting, variance analysis, and lease administration.
• Familiarity with building systems and maintenance best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks, prioritize effectively with acute attention to detail, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively.
• Possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external customers, vendors, and team members, including verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency in property management software (e.g. Yardi) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
