Compensation: $240,000 – $240,000 annually.

About the role

This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a Business Services environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own the program-management practice, setting standards and governance for agency work
  • Lead, coach, and grow a team of program and project managers, maintaining high delivery standards
  • Oversee cross-project delivery to ensure alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality
  • Manage resourcing and capacity planning across programs using Workfront and Productive
  • Establish governance processes to surface risks early and document decision-making
  • Maintain a portfolio-level view of risk and delivery health for proactive mitigation
  • Partner with various teams to align delivery plans with client commitments

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in program or project management, including 3+ years leading delivery teams in an agency or studio environment
  • Proven track record of owning portfolio-level delivery across concurrent, multidisciplinary programs
  • Deep experience with resourcing and capacity planning, financial management, and program governance
  • Strong command of delivery platforms and tools like Productive, Workfront, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
  • Experience partnering with Procurement on vendor and freelance onboarding using Ariba or similar systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting to leadership and clients
  • A coaching leadership style that develops people and builds high-performing teams
