Headquarters in Durango, Colorado, with operations expanding into Tulsa, Oklahoma, and Seattle, Washington, Agile has posted more than 40% year-over-year growth for three years running, with no signs of slowing down. We're looking for bold, hands-on leaders who want to help write the next chapter of space history.

About the role

Agile Space Industries designs, manufactures, tests, and delivers advanced rocket propulsion systems. We are seeking a solutions-oriented leader of execution that delivers complex hardware programs from initial concept through qualification and production, and customer satisfaction. This role reports directly to the COO and offers real scope, impact, and visibility. You will lead the team responsible for turning ambitious propulsion programs into flight-ready hardware while balancing product maturation and delivery.

The role blends senior leadership with hands-on problem-solving, collaborating with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Test, Finance, Contracts, and Business Development to solve customer problems. The product portfolio includes:

  • New Product Development: Driving solutions across design, manufacturing, and testing.
  • Production Delivery: Ensuring predictable cost, quality, throughput, and on-time delivery.

The Director of Program Delivery owns balancing product maturity with Engineering while driving program schedule, customer commitments, and financial outcomes. This role is onsite in Durango, CO, where over 85% of the Agile team is located. Relocation benefits are available.
