Director of Program Delivery

About the role
We are looking to add a key member to the Arm Operations Product Delivery team, which is responsible for delivering all of Arm’s silicon products and systems. The successful candidate will have a proven silicon program execution track record and a deep background in complex, cross-functional SOC, SW, design, and platform program management. This role involves managing the program from cradle to grave and conducting a complex matrix of stakeholders. It blends deep technical expertise, flawless execution, and world-class end-to-end silicon program management.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end execution orchestration of Arm’s next-generation physical AI platform by working with and through various stakeholders both inside and outside of Arm, across multiple cross-functional teams.
- Identify, mitigate, and/or prevent technical challenges across multiple disciplines to deliver a successful, mass-production program for our customers.
- Own and crisply communicate schedule, program financials, risks, and help needed for an executive audience and diverse stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in senior execution or technical program management.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Computer Science.

Pay
Salary range: $274,600–$371,600 per year. Salary is one component of Arm’s total reward package, which will be shared during the recruitment process.
