Director of Product, Subscriptions, Billing & Auth
As the Director of Product Management, you will lead the technical product strategy and execution for the foundational pillars of our eCommerce platform: Authentication, Product Catalog, and Digital Order Management. You will be the product architect of our Single View of the Customer, ensuring seamless, secure identity management and instant recognition of digital entitlements across Web, Mobile (iOS/Android), Retail stores, and partner channels.
About the Role

- Entitlement Engine: Own the logic determining "who has access to what," managing the mapping between transactions and instant activation of digital rights across platforms.
- Universal Product Catalog: Architect a flexible, centralized catalog for digital SKUs and bundles, ensuring agility to launch new offerings ahead of competitors.
- Mobile Store & Partner Strategy: Lead technical integrations with Apple/Google and OEM providers, navigating third-party receipt validation and entitlement syncing.
- Strategic Technical Leadership: Partner with Engineering to future-proof our custom AWS microservices architecture against evolving consumer needs and global scalability.
- Measure Consumer Experiences: Design customer-first front-end experiences for authentication and Account Management, measuring performance against business KPIs.
- Lead and develop a team of product managers, setting high standards for product thinking, customer empathy, and delivery rigor.
- Define a multi-year product vision for subscription management and authentication, translating it into a prioritized roadmap aligned with Engineering, Design, and Leadership.
- Partner with Engineering to build solutions optimized for business and consumer needs, diving deep into technical services and capabilities.
- Act as the connective tissue across eCommerce Product, Engineering, Legal, InfoSec, Analytics, and Finance to align platform capabilities with business needs.
- Make hard prioritization calls balancing innovation, technical debt, and customer experience improvements.
- Own metrics from authentication to subscription management, tying behavioral data to topline KPIs like retention and ARPU.
