Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Market Insights
- Develop a deep understanding of HIM, coding, and revenue cycle workflows
- Translate customer and operational challenges into scalable product solutions
- Understand and incorporate: Clinical documentation workflows; DRG/CPT/ICD coding logic; Denial patterns and payer behavior; Coding compliance and operational realities
- Productization & Scalability
- Identify reusable patterns across customer implementations
- Help reduce implementation-specific customization
- Balance customer needs with scalable product design
- Enabling an AI-first culture
- Contribute to building strong product thinking and product culture across the organization
- Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner closely with customers, compliance, implementation teams, customer operations, and product teams
- Act as a key liaison between US market needs and Israel-based R&D teams
- Support prioritization and decision-making around workflow standardization and scalability
Requirements
- Deep expertise in healthcare revenue cycle management
- Experience with Mid Revenue Cycle, Coding, CDI, HIM, or Revenue Integrity workflows
- Strong understanding of provider operations and coding/compliance environments
- Experience working with enterprise healthcare customers

Approximate base compensation: 180K - 230K. Final package may vary and will be determined by various factors including location, the role is expected to be performed, candidate experience, education, and ideal qualifications.
