About the role
You will lead a unified product strategy across the organization, aligning cross-team efforts and driving clear, actionable roadmaps. You’ll mentor and develop a high-performing product team while partnering closely with developers and engineers as your primary customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy and execution across a portfolio of products, aligning with customer needs and business goals
- Connect initiatives across teams into a cohesive strategy with clear priorities and roadmaps
- Partner with cross-functional and executive leaders to shape product direction and deliver outcomes at scale
- Establish and evolve product management best practices across teams
- Manage, coach, and support product managers to drive strong, shared outcomes
- Leverage customer insights and performance data to inform prioritization and continuous improvement
- Bring domain expertise in infrastructure and operations to guide product decisions
- Collaborate closely with developers and engineers, bridging business, platform, and technical needs
- Build strong relationships and influence across teams to drive alignment and execution in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- A high school diploma (required)
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 12–15 years of cumulative, relevant experience in product management, infrastructure, and/or engineering environments
- Deep expertise in AWS and strong knowledge of the engineering and infrastructure landscape
- Experienced in building structure and processes in evolving environments
- Skilled at creating and refining user stories, with a clear understanding of what drives organizational value
- Proven people leader with experience directly managing a team
- Straightforward and transparent communicator who provides clear, direct feedback
- Self-aware—confident in areas of expertise and comfortable asking questions when needed
- Data-driven decision maker who uses insights to guide priorities and outcomes
- Minimal annual travel required (for people manager roles only)

Benefits
- Salary Range: $171,300 - $285,600 plus eligibility for the company annual bonus program
