Responsibilities
- Manage performance, financials, and contracts for power assets.
- Lead operational and O&M improvements to maximize profitability.
- Negotiate and execute commercial agreements (PPA, Tolling, etc.).
- Drive revenue through market strategies (ERCOT, PJM, Mexico).
- Oversee safety, risk management, and compliance.
- Support asset sales, refinancing, and portfolio restructuring.
- Monitor KPIs, forecasts, and budgets; report to executives.
- Lead and develop team performance.
Qualifications
- 5-10 years in power generation (IPP, utility, or similar).
- Expertise in U.S. power markets and commercial contracts.
- Strong financial modeling and revenue management skills.
- Bachelor’s in engineering, economics, business, or related field.
- Professional English communication.
- PREFERRED: MBA, M&A/asset exit experience, multinational exposure.
