RemoteRemoteMarketingContract
We’re partnering with an established, highly profitable business seeking an exceptional performance marketer to own a multimillion‑dollar digital acquisition engine. The role is remote within the United States, operates as a 1099 independent contractor (no traditional employee benefits), and includes quarterly in‑person planning meetings.
What You’ll Own
- End‑to‑end paid acquisition strategy and execution across a $3M–$4M annual media budget
- Google Ads, which currently represents approximately 85% of paid media spend
- Expansion and optimization of Meta/paid social
- Landing pages, CRO, analytics, attribution and conversion optimization
- Testing and experimentation across the acquisition funnel
- Identifying new strategies and opportunities to generate more qualified conversions at an efficient cost
- Long‑term opportunity to build and lead a performance marketing team
What They’re Looking For
- Deep, current, hands‑on Google Ads expertise (not an agency‑management or high‑level oversight role)
- Track record of succeeding in expensive, highly competitive paid acquisition or lead‑generation environments
- Strong understanding of CRO, analytics, attribution and experimentation
- Experience personally managing meaningful paid media budgets
- Ability to develop new ideas and approaches rather than simply execute an existing playbook
- Highly analytical mindset with an obsessive approach to understanding where every marketing dollar is going
- Entrepreneurial, technically sharp, and highly motivated by measurable results
- Experience in legal, healthcare, insurance, financial services, or another regulated industry is helpful but not required
Why This Opportunity
You’ll report directly to the founder and have significant autonomy to make decisions, test ideas quickly, and directly influence business results. The environment is lean, without layers of approvals or bureaucracy, allowing you to focus on performance‑driven growth.
