Responsibilities
Own the growth engine: oversee media buying strategy for high-velocity DTC brands, manage aggressive monthly budgets, and maintain efficiency.
Shift focus from vanity metrics to Marketing Efficiency Ratio (MER) and Contribution Margin. Focus on real profit, not just platform-reported returns.
Architect scaling structures to 10x spend without increasing CPA. Implement rigorous A/B testing protocols for audiences, bid strategies, and landing pages.
Feed the creative loop: act as the "Truth Teller" to the Creative Department, identify winning creatives, and spot fatigue before it impacts performance.
Lead a team of Media Buyers, standardize the "High Scale Way" of media buying, and translate complex data into clear narratives for client performance reviews.
Requirements
The "Quant" Marketer: 7+ years of experience in paid social media buying (Meta/TikTok) or growth marketing leadership. Understands the spreadsheet relationships between CPM, CTR, CR, and CPA.
A High-Volume Scaler: Experience managing monthly ad spend in the 6-figure and 7-figure range. Comfortable with large budgets and able to structure accounts to leverage creative.
A Technical Operator: Familiarity with backend tools like iOS14+, CAPI integrations, and data triangulation methods such as Triple Whale and Northbeam.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills: ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly.
Proven track record of driving growth and ROI through strategic media buying and optimization.
Experience working with high-growth DTC brands and understanding their unique needs and challenges.
Excellent communication and leadership skills: able to motivate and guide a team while maintaining high standards.
