About the role

As the Director of Performance Marketing at Crumbl, you will lead the marketing strategy that drives brand awareness and customer acquisition. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will oversee all performance marketing initiatives, including digital advertising, social media campaigns, and email marketing. Your responsibilities will involve setting strategic goals, managing budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
  • Create and implement social media marketing plans to engage with customers and build brand loyalty.
  • Oversee email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
  • Collaborate with product development and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to inform future strategies.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 5 years leading teams.
  • Proven track record of successful campaign execution and optimization.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
  • Knowledge of social media management platforms like Hootsuite and Buffer.
  • Passion for data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
