About the role

We are looking for a Director of Performance Marketing to own paid and digital acquisition across channels. You will drive efficient, scalable pipeline and revenue against CAC and ROAS targets through rigorous testing, attribution, and channel optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Acquisition Strategy: Own paid and digital acquisition strategy across channels (search, social, programmatic).
  • Performance: Drive measurable pipeline and revenue against CAC, ROAS, and efficiency targets.
  • Optimization: Run rigorous testing, attribution, and channel optimization.
  • Budget: Manage and allocate the performance marketing budget for maximum ROI.
  • Analytics: Build reporting and dashboards to track funnel performance.
  • Cross-Functional: Partner with brand, product marketing, and sales on full-funnel growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 7+ years in performance / growth marketing, including team leadership.
  • Channel Expertise: Deep expertise across paid search, paid social, and programmatic.
  • Analytical: Strong command of attribution, analytics, and experimentation.
  • ROI Track Record: Proven success driving efficient, scalable acquisition.
  • Budget Management: Experience managing significant paid budgets.
  • Tools: Fluency with ad platforms and analytics tools.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's required.
