Director of Partnerships - Consultants & Health Plans (Remote)

This role will support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen market execution, customer relationships, and measurable business results within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain partnerships with benefit consultants and health plans
• Lead discussions to identify and address employer needs in behavioral health solutions
• Transform relationships into high-value employer opportunities
• Conduct strategic prospecting and lead discovery to fuel B2B growth
• Collaborate with sales teams to establish the company as a preferred solution in the market

Qualifications

• 10+ years in healthcare with 7+ years in sales or account management roles
• Proven track record in building high-trust partnerships within the consultant and health plan communities
• Experience in multichannel prospecting, identifying client pain points and creating urgency
• Strong understanding of self-funded vs. fully insured plan structures
• Ability to lead comprehensive client conversations from discovery to follow-up

Pay

$125,000 – $150,000 annually
