About the role
Minty is seeking a Director of Partnerships to build, scale, and lead the strategic partnerships function — driving growth across digital advertising and performance agencies, referral partners, platforms, and technology integrations. This is a foundational leadership role responsible not only for managing and growing a high-performing team, but for defining what best-in-class partnerships looks like at Minty.
Responsibilities
- Own the development, growth, and performance of the partnerships team. You will take the partnerships org from its current state to a mature, scalable function capable of supporting a significantly larger partner portfolio.
- Set the standard for how the team operates and model the behaviors you expect.
- Strategically develop and significantly expand Minty's partnership portfolio across technology platforms, ecommerce ecosystems, performance and digital agencies, affiliate networks, and retail media partners.
- Identify high-value opportunities that open new revenue channels, extend Minty's distribution, and deepen integration into the broader commerce landscape.
- Define and set the long-term partnership strategy, including which categories to prioritize, which relationships to invest in, and how to structure deals that create durable mutual value.
- Help elevate Minty's technical partnerships function, including defining what a technical partnership looks like at Minty, building the infrastructure to support integrations and co-development, and working hand-in-hand with product and engineering to turn partner opportunities into shipped solutions.
- Serve as the partnership's voice in cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Product, Client Success, and Marketing. Influence roadmap prioritization, go-to-market strategy, and revenue planning based on partnership pipeline, partner feedback, and ecosystem intelligence.
- Own partnerships-influenced revenue targets and the metrics that drive them. Define and track partner health KPIs, establish QBR processes that create accountability, and build the reporting infrastructure that gives leadership visibility into partnership performance.
- Ensure that partner investments translate into measurable outcomes.
- Build the systems, documentation, workflows, and processes that allow the partnerships team to operate efficiently at scale. This includes partner onboarding frameworks, communication standards, contract and deal management processes, and tools that reduce friction and increase partner success.
Qualifications
- 8–12 years of experience in partnerships, business development, technical account management, or related roles — with a track record of building and scaling partner organizations, not just operating within them.
- Demonstrated experience hiring, developing, and leading partnerships teams.
- Experience building or leading a technical partnerships function, including integration management, API partnerships, or platform ecosystems.
- Deep familiarity with ecommerce, SaaS, advertising technology, affiliate marketing, retail media, or related industries.
- Strong commercial instincts — comfortable owning revenue targets and partner-influenced pipeline.
- Excellent communication and executive presence, with the ability to represent Minty at senior levels of partner organizations.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills — experience influencing without authority across Product, Sales, and Engineering.
