Global Leadership
- Lead and mentor a high-performing global team of paid media leaders
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning
Full-Funnel Strategy
- Design and execute sophisticated, multi-channel paid media roadmaps (Search, Social, Programmatic, ABM)
- Drive measurable pipeline for the Auth0 and Okta brands
Stakeholder Orchestration
- Act as a key partner to Sales, Product, and Finance
- Effectively communicate the impact of paid media on broader business objectives
AI & Innovation
- Lead the charge in integrating AI-driven tools and methodologies into media buying, creative optimization, and reporting workflows
Operational Excellence
- Build and refine scalable processes and frameworks for global consistency with regional nuances and agility
Budget & Vendor Management
- Oversee a significant global budget, maximizing ROI and leading strategic relationships with external agencies and platforms
Technical Integration
- Work closely with Marketing Ops and Analytics to ensure seamless tracking, attribution, and data integrity across the digital ecosystem
The ideal candidate is a Digital Expert who lives at the intersection of technology and creativity. They are AI-first, process-oriented, and possess the technical depth to navigate a complex B2B ecosystem.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in Paid Digital Marketing with at least 8+ years of people management experience
- Proven track record in the B2B SaaS space, understanding long sales cycles and high-intent lead generation
- Deep technical knowledge of the paid media landscape, including advanced bid management, audience architecture, and attribution modeling
- Resourcefulness & Grit: Ability to navigate ambiguity, solve complex problems, and push through obstacles to deliver results
- Exceptional communication skills, translating complex digital strategies into compelling narratives for various roles across the organization
- An analytical rigor approach to decision-making, with experience in Looker, Tableau, Adobe Analytics, and advanced CRM workflows & integrations
- A continuous learner, curious about the latest AI breakthroughs and shifts in privacy regulations, and passionate about applying that knowledge
Location-specific Salary Range:
- California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area): $200,000 - $275,000 USD
- Canada: $161,000 CAD - $221,100 CAD
