What You'll Do

  • Lead the strategy, design, and continuous improvement of organizational learning and development programs.
  • Assess enterprise and business-unit learning needs and implement impactful development solutions.
  • Develop innovative training programs that support operational excellence, leadership readiness, employee engagement, and performance improvement.
  • Drive leadership development, succession planning, onboarding, and workforce readiness initiatives.
  • Partner with executive and operational leaders to strengthen organizational capability and long-term talent strategies.
  • Oversee talent pipeline programs and cultivate partnerships with educational institutions and workforce organizations.
  • Provide leadership for learning management systems, training compliance, reporting, and integration with HR technologies.
  • Champion organizational effectiveness initiatives, including employee engagement, change management, performance management, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage departmental budgets, resources, and staff while representing the organization in external workforce and industry partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field required.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in workforce development, learning and development, organizational effectiveness, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of people leadership experience.
  • Experience building and leading enterprise talent development and leadership programs.
  • Strong strategic thinking, executive presence, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • SPHR certification preferred.
  • Valid driver's license required.
