Director of Operations - Wildfire Rancho

Responsibilities

• Practicing, supporting, and promoting Station Casinos’ “We Win Hearts” Company-wide culture.
• Overseeing day-to-day operations of the property.
• Implementing all Title 31 procedures, observing and safeguarding company assets, and following responsible gaming guidelines.
• Working with Executive Administration Managers regarding Team Member functions and issues.
• Providing friendly, efficient service to all Guests and overseeing the overall operation of the property.
• Effectively supervising, coaching, counseling, and disciplining Team Members; orienting, training, and evaluating Team Members.
• Managing related departmental budgets and conducting monthly financial reviews.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members, and Management.
• Minimum two (2) years’ management experience.
• Slots experience preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook preferred.
• Prior experience with Point of Sale systems helpful.
• Must have financial and budgeting experience.
