We do this through programs, live events, a membership community, and hands-on implementation coaching. We’re a 7-figure business at a genuine inflection point, and we’re hiring the operator who will build the infrastructure to scale to the next level. Why This Role Exists The founder is exceptional at vision and content. What the business needs now is one person who owns execution — not assists with it, not supports it. Owns it. You’ll build the management layer, hold every function accountable to measurable outcomes, and protect the founder’s time so he can stay in the work only he can do. If you’ve taken a founder-led online business from chaotic-but-growing to structured-and-scaling, this role was built for you. What You’ll Own Build the processes and streamline the systems to ensure all the tasks are delivered in an efficient way.Build the org structure, scorecards, and 1:1 frameworks that give the team a real management systemOwn the relationship with our external marketing agency and hold them accountable to weekly funnel performance and revenue targetsDesign and deploy KPI dashboards across the coaching team and leadershipRun the weekly leadership cadence and quarterly planning processIdentify talent gaps, lead hiring processes, and implement performance reviewsFilter and resolve operational issues before they reach the founder — target is founder at 10 hours or fewer per week within 12 months Non-negotiable Experience What We’re Looking For Operated inside an online coaching, education, or digital marketing business scaled to $10M+Managed a fully distributed remote teamHeld a marketing agency accountable for paid acquisition performanceScaled a business through the $3M–$10M growth phase Core Competencies P&L ownership and financial reportingSystems and SOP architecture from scratchPerformance management through scorecards and KPI rhythmsAI and automation as daily operational toolsStructured hiring and team design You’re the right fit if you’ve worked directly for a founder before and found it energizing.
