Director of Operations, Medical Group

About the role

Direct the development and implementation of policies, procedures and strategies.

Responsibilities

• Organize operations to provide high quality, cost effective services.
• Model leadership and teaming excellence by providing appropriate advice and counsel to staff to improve effectiveness.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures that support the delivery of services to meet all productivity plans.
• Coordinate and integrate services to meet contractual requirements.
• Conduct ongoing assessments, maintain quality control programs, and improve departmental operations.
• Direct staff. Manage departmental turnover while maintaining high employee and patient satisfaction.
• Identify marketing and collaborative opportunities for the department.

Requirements

• Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse Licensure preferred. Required relevant to state in which work is performed.
• Education: High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
• 3-5 years director level experience in an ambulatory setting highly preferred
• Strong technical skills to be able to independently report on analytics and ROI
