Description

Lead and oversee operations across multiple manufacturing facilities, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth strategies.
Develop and execute operational plans that improve productivity, efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Drive operational excellence initiatives through Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Manage production, quality, supply chain, logistics, maintenance, and manufacturing engineering functions.
Establish and monitor KPIs related to safety, quality, delivery, cost, and overall plant performance.
Standardize processes and implement best practices across sites to improve consistency and operational effectiveness.
Partner with executive leadership to support business expansion, organizational scalability, and strategic initiatives.
Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to ensure successful program execution and customer delivery performance.
Lead, mentor, and develop plant leadership teams while fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
Support budgeting, capital investment planning, cost-reduction initiatives, and resource optimization efforts.
Analyze operational metrics and identify opportunities to improve throughput, profitability, and capacity utilization.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory, environmental, health, safety, and customer-specific requirements.
Identify operational risks and implement effective mitigation and contingency plans.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing, Business, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
  • Significant experience in manufacturing operations leadership, including responsibility for multiple sites.
  • Background within aerospace, precision machining, engineered products, metal manufacturing, motion-control products, or other highly regulated industries.
  • Demonstrated success implementing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and operational excellence programs.
  • Strong financial and operational management experience, including budgeting, cost control, and capital planning.
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and organizational development abilities.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Pioneering leadership, change management, and improvement capabilities.
  • Proven ability to lead change, drive transformation, and improve operational performance.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel as required to support multiple locations.
