About the role

The Director of Operations oversees all operational functions within the company, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and strategic alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
• Manage team of department heads and provide guidance on strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with overall business objectives.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in operations management or a similar field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving operational improvements.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.

Qualifications

• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on that analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with ERP systems and supply chain management.

$80,000 - $100,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
