Director of Operations - Fine Dining Restaurants

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across front and back of house
• Build and coach high-performance teams to deliver excellence
• Manage budgets, inventory, and profitability metrics
• Ensure consistent service quality and guest satisfaction
• Drive operational efficiency and training initiatives

Requirements

• 5+ years leading operations in fine dining or upscale restaurants
• Proven ability to manage P&L, staffing, and quality standards
• Strong leadership presence with excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of restaurant compliance, health codes, and safety
• Passion for hospitality and continuous operational improvement

Pay

Competitive salary of $100,000–$120,000 annually, plus bonus potential
