About the role

This is a hands-on leadership role at St Anthony Park Home, a skilled nursing and long-term care community in St. Paul. You will run the nursing department while staying close to the floor to know your residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing operations, clinical quality, and compliance
• Manage staffing and scheduling
• Supervise and support nurses and CNAs
• Work directly with the administrator on survey readiness

Requirements

• Active Minnesota RN license
• Skilled nursing leadership experience preferred
