Responsibilities
- Administer administrative, clinical, and fiscal oversight of psychiatric nursing services on a 24-hour basis.
- Develop policies, procedures, and nursing standards of care and practice that align with current research, professional standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Plan, organize, direct, and monitor Inpatient Services and Outpatient Medication Management Services, including day-to-day operations.
- Support the Vice President of Behavioral Health services by assisting with program development and assigned projects aligned with organizational goals.
- Provide exceptional interpersonal customer service, demonstrating a positive attitude, warm demeanor, and utmost care and respect for guests, patients, families, customers, and colleagues.
- Live and promote the Mission and Values of Lourdes Health Network.
- Demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide leadership at the Director level in areas of responsibility.
Requirements
- 3-5 years' experience in psychiatric/behavioral health nursing.
- A licensed RN in Washington.
- Experience in nursing leadership, including roles such as Charge Nurse, Nurse Supervisor, Nurse Manager, Assistant DON, or DON.
Preferred Qualifications
- An MSN or master's degree in behavioral health or related field is preferred, not required.
- Competent in behavioral health regulations, including suicide prevention, restraint & seclusion, trauma-informed care, ligature risk, and behavioral health safety standards.
- Able to oversee nursing operations, quality, and regulatory compliance.

- Knowledge of psychiatric and behavioral health regulations.

Pay
The wage scale is $53.51-$72.23 per hour, with a $25,000 Commitment-Incentive Bonus.
Schedule
