Job Summary
Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a Director of Nursing | DON | RN to join their team. The position offers a superior mentorship program, tuition reimbursement, and a 5-Star DON Orientation Program.
What Will You Do in This Role?
- Administer and manage Nursing Services to residents in accordance with physician orders and residents' total needs.
- Supervise Nursing Services 24/7 and direct the Nursing Department to maintain quality standards of care.
- Assume responsibility for center operations in the absence of the Administrator.
Qualifications
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school preferred.
- Prior experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting required.
- Two years of experience in a nurse supervisory role required.
