Responsibilities

- working collaboratively to lead all clinical services for the facility, - developing and implementing nursing practices to ensure high quality care, - overseeing regulatory compliance, including- patient care and resident rights - nursing practices - staffing and employee development - budget

Requirements

- current Wisconsin licensure as a Registered Nurse - degree from an accredited school of nursing - previous experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation facility - knowledge of State and Federal regulations
