Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively to lead all clinical services for the facility.
• Develop and implement nursing practices to ensure high‑quality care.
• Oversee regulatory compliance, including patient care and resident rights.
• Manage nursing practices, staffing, and employee development.
• Manage the nursing budget.

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• Degree from an accredited school of nursing.
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation facility.
• Knowledge of State and Federal regulations.

Schedule

Full‑time, days.
