Director of Nursing | DON

Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Director of Nursing to join our team at Settler's Grove Senior Living.

About the role

As a Director of Nursing, you will administer and manage Nursing Services to residents in accordance with physicians' orders and residents' total needs. You will provide 24-hour supervision of Nursing Services and direct the Nursing Department to maintain quality standards of care. In the absence of the Administrator, you will assume responsibility for center operations.

Requirements

• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of practice
• Associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school preferred
• Prior experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting required
• Two years of experience in a nurse supervisory role required
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• A passion for working with seniors
• Flexible, fun, and energetic personality
