About the role

The Director of Nursing (DON) is responsible for the overall clinical management of the facility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical management of the facility
• Build and lead a high-performing nursing team and culture

Requirements

• Valid Texas RN License
• Valid CPR Certification
• Minimum of one year of experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other related healthcare program
• Knowledge of long-term care operational standards as set forth in the Federal Register, Conditions of Participation, and State regulations
