About the role

We’re working closely with Partnership with Native Americans (PWNA) as they search for a new Sr. Director of Development to join their team. You will oversee and connect all major fundraising functions including Mission Advancement, Planned Giving, Corporate Sponsorships, and Digital. Overseeing a team of four, you’ll focus on driving diversified and sustainable revenue growth. This is a highly visible role that blends strategy with execution. They need someone who can set the vision but also step in and actively build, optimize, and scale campaigns. The organization is in a strong position financially, with most of the funding coming from private sources, which provides stability and less reliance on federal funding shifts. They are looking for a leader who has incorporated digital strategies such as paid social, email marketing, and multi-channel campaigns to reach and engage a broader, more modern donor base. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to make a meaningful impact while maintaining strong work life balance with a clear path toward a Vice President of Development role.
