Responsibilities
- Develop and grow national account relationships, corporate partnerships, and third-party planner business.
- Identify and secure new revenue opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Lead sales presentations, virtual meetings, and site visits that showcase the resort’s accommodations, venues, dining, and amenities.
- Negotiate contracts and collaborate across sales, catering, marketing, and operations to deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Monitor account performance, market trends, and booking pace to drive strategic sales decisions and repeat business.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of sales experience in luxury hospitality, hotel, resort, or group sales.
- A strong track record managing strategic accounts and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with CRM and sales reporting tools.

- Professional, organized, self-directed, and committed to delivering a high-touch service experience.
- This is a hybrid role, the qualified candidate will work both on-site and remotely.
