About the role
Doctours is redefining medical tourism by building a category-defining brand. From video strategy and creator partnerships to editorial voice and founder narratives, you'll own the company's story from day one, turning healthcare into a culturally resonant movement.
Why this role is remarkable
- You aren't just following a playbook; you are creating a brand new market where no standard B2B SaaS path exists.
- Work directly with leadership at an early-stage startup to shape how the world perceives medical tourism and global healthcare.
- Blend high-level strategic problem-solving with hands-on creative execution across documentaries, influencer campaigns, and editorial content.
What you will do
- Lead end-to-end video and social strategy, including creator briefs, influencer scripts, and patient documentaries that travel.
- Define and execute the company's editorial voice across Substacks, founder content, and patient-facing communications.
- Orchestrate large-scale creator campaigns and earned media pushes to establish Doctours as a leader in the healthcare space.
The ideal candidate
- Has a proven track record of growing independent publications or social communities to tens of thousands of subscribers.
- Combines 2-3 years at a top-tier consultancy (McKinsey, BCG, or Bain) with experience shipping creative multi-six-figure marketing campaigns.
- Possesses exceptional writing skills and the operator mindset required to translate abstract narratives into tangible growth and culture.
