Qualifications
- 5+ years of marketing leadership experience, preferably within DTC, eCommerce, health & wellness, supplements, fitness, or consumer products
- Proven experience managing and growing marketing teams
- Strong understanding of: Email & SMS platforms (Klaviyo, Postscript, Attentive, etc.), Paid media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube), Influencer and creator partnerships, Organic social growth strategies
- Deep knowledge of TikTok and Instagram marketing trends and content strategies
- Experience scaling customer acquisition campaigns with measurable ROI
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the nutritional supplements, fitness, wellness, or sports nutrition industry
- Familiarity with subscription-based eCommerce models
- Experience working with UGC creators and performance creative testing
- Knowledge of Shopify and DTC eCommerce ecosystems

Director of Marketing – Nutritional Supplements
We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and performance-driven Director of Marketing to lead and scale our marketing efforts across multiple channels in the fast-growing nutritional supplements space.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the internal marketing and creative team, including designers, content creators, media buyers, and lifecycle marketers
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies focused on customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness
- Own performance across key channels including: Email marketing, SMS marketing, Influencer and affiliate marketing, Paid social and paid media, TikTok, Instagram, and emerging social platforms
- Build and optimize lifecycle marketing campaigns to increase LTV, retention, and repeat purchases
- Oversee creative strategy and content direction for ads, landing pages, social media, and product launches
- Collaborate with leadership on growth initiatives, campaign planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Analyze campaign performance and KPIs to continuously improve ROAS, CAC, conversion rates, and customer engagement
- Identify new marketing opportunities, trends, creators, and acquisition channels within the health and wellness industry
- Manage external agencies, freelancers, influencers, and strategic partners as needed
- Help scale systems, processes, and team structure as the company continues to grow
Salary
$140,000 - $160,000 per year
