Overview
The Director of Marketing is a key leader responsible for driving brand awareness, market share, and revenue growth through thoughtful and strategic marketing initiatives across Key West Historic Inns. This role brings the vibrant past of Key West to life across our collection of unique properties, ensuring each marketing effort reflects the individuality of the hotels while delivering strong business results.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in hotel marketing, digital marketing, or a related field
- Strong experience managing external agencies and marketing campaigns
- Proven ability to analyze data and adjust strategies to drive results
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others
- Working knowledge of digital marketing tools and basic HTML
- Familiarity with Adobe design programs and Microsoft Excel
