Responsibilities
- Leverage the marketing team to achieve operational and strategic goals.
- Develop and implement initiatives that enhance brand identity and visibility in key markets.
- Create and deliver content and materials that support brand positioning and engagement.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and subject matter experts to produce compelling sales materials and RFP proposals.
- Monitor the competitive landscape and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Ensure all marketing activities align with company values, mission, and specialization approach.
- Oversee the annual events strategy, including timelines, budgets, staffing, and resource allocation.
- Define event objectives, audiences, and success metrics, and develop a comprehensive sponsorship strategy.
- Report on event performance, including attendance, engagement, ROI, and pipeline impact.
- Work with leadership and department heads to ensure internal events reflect company values and strengthen connections across teams.
- Lead the digital strategy across website, social media, email, and online advertising.
- Direct the creation and review of marketing materials, presentations, collateral, newsletters, and digital content.
- Strengthen and protect brand consistency in tone, messaging, and visuals across communication channels.
- Review campaign performance and refine messaging, targeting, and spend allocation based on results.
- Manage budgets for marketing and events, build forecasts, and track spend by campaign.
- Define key performance indicators for all marketing activities and monitor progress throughout the year.
- Oversight of marketing tools and platforms, such as email automation, social scheduling, analytics, and event systems.
- Evaluate new tools and retire those that no longer support the company's goals.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Experience: 8–10 years of progressive experience working in a marketing function.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading and managing teams in a professional environment.
- Licensure: Willing and able to obtain Property & Casualty license within 90 days of employment, and willingness to obtain Life & Health license within 6 months of employment.
