Director of Marketing

About the role

Under general supervision of the General Manager, accomplishes the Marketing Department objectives by planning, organizing and directing all activities related to conceptualizing, planning, managing and implementing market goals, strategies, tactics and measurements to achieve marketing targets and revenue projections for the assigned Navajo Nation Gaming Enterprise property.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualizes and plans marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the Navajo Nation Gaming Enterprise property
• Manages and implements marketing tactics including social media, email marketing, and promotional events
• Measures and analyzes marketing performance to refine strategies and improve results
• Works closely with other departments to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives
• Develops and maintains relationships with key stakeholders and partners to enhance brand awareness and support marketing initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably within the gaming industry
• Proven track record of successful campaign execution and measurement
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

• Proficiency in marketing software and tools such as CRM systems, analytics platforms, and project management tools
• Experience with digital marketing channels including SEO, PPC, and social media advertising
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the gaming industry
