Director of Marketing
Growth Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute IV.AI’s overall marketing and growth strategy across brand, digital, content, and demand generation initiatives. Identify, test, and optimize scalable customer acquisition channels and growth opportunities. Build repeatable marketing playbooks that support lead generation, brand awareness, and revenue growth. Partner with leadership to define positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for IV.AI’s products and services. Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance, pipeline contribution, and campaign effectiveness.
Brand & Content Development
Lead the development of IV.AI’s digital brand presence across social media, web, thought leadership, podcasts, webinars, and events. Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing content including case studies, presentations, blogs, newsletters, video content, and executive communications. Partner with the CEO to amplify thought leadership and strengthen IV.AI’s market visibility. Ensure brand consistency and quality across all customer-facing materials and channels.
Experimentation & Innovation
Continuously test new marketing ideas, growth experiments, AI-driven workflows, and channel strategies. Leverage AI tools and automation platforms to improve efficiency, scalability, and campaign performance. Stay current on emerging AI trends, startup growth strategies, and modern marketing best practices. Bring creative thinking, strong intuition, and data-driven decision-making to growth initiatives.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Collaborate closely with sales, product, operations, and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with company priorities. Help build internal marketing systems, processes, reporting structures, and operational workflows. Manage external vendors, freelancers, agencies, and creative partners as needed. Operate as a highly adaptable leader willing to roll up your sleeves and execute across multiple areas of the business.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, growth, brand strategy, or demand generation, preferably within startups, SaaS, AI, or technology companies.
- Proven ability to build and execute marketing initiatives that drive measurable business growth.
- Strong understanding of modern digital marketing channels including LinkedIn, paid media, content marketing, SEO, email marketing, webinars, and social media.
- Experience building marketing systems, growth playbooks, and experimentation frameworks.
- Deep interest in AI technologies and strong fluency with AI tools and emerging platforms.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities with a highly creative mindset.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-moving startup environments.
- Highly organized, resourceful, proactive, and execution-oriented.
- Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, Mailchimp, or similar platforms preferred.
- Design, video editing, and multimedia content experience is a strong plus.

Compensation Range
$130K - $150K
