Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy across all practices, balancing central oversight with local customization for independently branded offices.
- Act as a strategic partner to the executive team in planning growth initiatives and identifying marketing opportunities across regions.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with owner doctors to ensure marketing strategies align with practice-specific goals and culture.
- Set and manage KPIs tied to practice-level performance, including new patient visits, patient acquisition cost, and lead conversion.
- Lead roll-out of practice-level marketing campaigns.
- Oversee digital marketing strategies across PPC, SEO, local listings, websites, reputation management, and social media.
- Design scalable SOPs and support systems for localized marketing execution by practice managers or local teams.
- Support the individual branding needs of each practice, ensuring marketing materials are aligned with their unique identities and patient demographics.
- Provide guidance on a calendar of patient-facing communications such as promotions, recall campaigns, referral programs, and community outreach.
- Monitor and provide training for lead conversion at the practice level, including analyzing inbound phone calls and front desk tone/verbiage.
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance using analytics dashboards and internal reporting tools.
- Present insights to executive leadership and owner doctors, and adjust strategies based on performance data and practice feedback.
- Manage marketing spend across all practices in alignment with allocated budgets and organizational growth targets.
- Continuously monitor and optimize return on investment (ROI) from marketing spend.
- Collaborate with finance and operations to establish and review annual and monthly marketing budgets.
- Build and lead a strong marketing team (in-house and outsourced) with expertise in digital, brand, and local engagement.
- Manage and evaluate third-party agencies and marketing vendors (e.g., printed mail collateral vendors, freelance design specialists).
- Ensure efficient use of resources across centralized and practice-level marketing efforts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing experience managing campaigns across multiple locations or brands, ideally in healthcare or a service-based environment.
- Hands-on Google Ads experience, including campaign setup, optimization, reporting, or close partnership with paid search specialists.
- Data fluency: comfortable pulling insights from Google Analytics, Search Console, and other reporting tools and turning them into action.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently: managing your priorities, making sound judgment calls, and delivering results.
- Strong command of the full marketing funnel, with hands-on experience in campaigns focused on conversion and patient/customer acquisition.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; you are known for being proactive, organized, and easy to work with.
- A collaborative mindset—willing to flex, pitch in, and adjust when the team needs it.
