OVERVIEW
The Director of Marketing at DeSales University is responsible for driving demand for the university's educational offerings through strategic and effective marketing efforts.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred in communications, marketing, or management
- Minimum of eight years of experience in marketing, digital strategy, and/or enrollment management, with a strong preference for experience in higher education settings
- Proven track record of managing multi-channel brand campaigns that drive measurable results (lead generation and conversion)
- Direct experience managing digital advertising budgets and platforms, including Google Ads and Meta Business Suite
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital advertising tools (Google, Meta)
- Technical proficiency in CRM (specifically Slate) and web Content Management Systems (CMS)
- Sensitive to issues of ethnicity, disability, and diversity
- Dedicated to the mission of a small, Catholic, liberal arts institution
