Primary Job Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communication plans aligned with the firm’s strategic and business development objectives.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Develop, implement, and maintain firmwide brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all channels.
- Oversee the creation and production of marketing materials (digital and print), including brochures, practice descriptions, attorney biographies, pitch materials, and client presentations.
- Collaborate on client targeting, cross-selling initiatives, and relationship expansion strategies.
- Evaluate and support sponsorships, conferences, and events to maximize visibility and ROI.
- Oversee digital marketing strategy, including website, social media, email marketing, and online campaigns.
- Direct content strategy, including thought leadership, PR initiatives, webinar, and podcast production.
- Oversee event planning, execution, and follow-up.
- Oversee firm’s travel program.
- Collaborate on internal communications including firm updates and newsletters and other employee engagement.
- Ensure ongoing optimization of marketing technology platforms and tools.
- Manage integrated marketing campaigns to drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Manage budgets, resources, and third-party vendor relationships.
- Oversee updates and content management for the firm’s website and intranet.
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing metrics, including ROI and KPIs.
- Serve as a key liaison between marketing, business development, attorneys, and firm leadership.
- Maintain compliance with legal industry and ethics rules and standards.
