About the role

You will be responsible for strategizing and overseeing marketing initiatives for the Power/Engine division. Your duties will include acting as a key liaison between the team and various stakeholders, such as customers, agencies, partners, senior leadership, and internal business peers. Furthermore, you will lead strategic planning, manage the distribution of tasks within intricate business workflows, and provide progress reports to management while supporting the professional growth and performance of your team members.

Responsibilities

  • Contributing to long-term and strategic business planning for the Power division.
  • Providing senior leadership with strategic insights, perspectives, and counsel regarding emerging trends that impact current functional strategies.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to implement the function's strategic roadmap in support of marketing goals.
  • Driving consumer-centric and market-led initiatives to improve profitability and sales across various business units.
  • Overseeing the management of personnel by leading teams through their respective managers.
  • Evaluating the performance and impact of marketing initiatives and reporting on them monthly.
  • Confirming that all project timelines and financial plans align with organizational goals.
  • Executing additional tasks as required by the business.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • 10 years of relevant experience
  • Previous leadership/supervisory experience
  • Excellent knowledge of and experience in broad Marketing principles and practices
  • Prior experience in B2B and/or dealer channel preferred
  • Proven ability to build and sustain relationships with a wide variety of individuals at all levels
  • Ability to successfully influence outcomes without direct control
  • Ability to forecast and develop budgets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
