Own and manage the company’s manufacturing operations to ensure products are built efficiently, on time, at the right quality, and cost.

Manage Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality teams.
Ensure production meets customer demand and delivery deadlines.
Improve production speed, quality, costs, inventory, and on-time delivery.
Manage suppliers and improve the supply chain.
Work with engineering to make new products easier and more efficient to manufacture.
Maintain ISO 9001 quality standards (ISO/IEC 17025 experience is a plus).
Track operational KPIs, budgets, and manufacturing costs.
Help implement a new ERP system and improve manufacturing processes.
Hire, develop, and lead strong teams.
Work closely with both executive leadership and the production floor.

10+ years of manufacturing operations experience.
5+ years in a senior leadership/management role.
Experience with low-volume, high-mix manufacturing of complex products.
Experience with products such as:
- Scientific/analytical instruments
- Optics/photonics
- Medical devices
- Test & measurement equipment
- Complex electro-mechanical products
Strong experience in manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and manufacturing engineering.
ISO 9001 experience is required.
Experience with Lean manufacturing/continuous improvement and ERP systems.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.
Must be a hands-on leader comfortable working with both executives and production teams.

5+ years of experience in Appliances, Electrical, and Electronics Manufacturing.
10+ years of experience in Manufacturing.
10+ years of work experience with Manufacturing Operations Management.
1+ years of work experience with ISO 9001.
