Director of Managed Network Services

What You'll Do

• Lead the Network Operations Center (NOC), Network Engineering, and Managed Infrastructure Services teams
• Drive operational excellence, scalability, and service quality across the managed network services organization
• Serve as the senior technical leader for complex customer environments and critical network escalations
• Partner with engineering teams on network architecture, technical strategy, and service delivery improvements
• Mentor and develop network engineers, technical leads, and managers while fostering a strong engineering culture
• Improve service delivery, operational processes, automation, and customer satisfaction across the managed services organization
• Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic initiatives, service offerings, and long-term business growth

Ideal Background

• Experience leading Network Operations, NOC, Managed Infrastructure, or Managed Network Services teams within a VAR, MSP, Systems Integrator, or technology services organization
• Built your career as a Network Engineer, Consulting Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Infrastructure Engineer before moving into leadership
• Strong enterprise networking background across routing & switching, wireless, SD-WAN, data center networking, firewalls, and cloud networking
• Experience supporting enterprise customer environments and serving as the senior technical escalation point for complex customer issues
• Demonstrated success building, mentoring, and developing high-performing engineering teams
• Experience improving service delivery, operational processes, automation, and overall customer experience within a managed services organization
• Able to lead through technical credibility while balancing strategic leadership, engineering mentorship, and customer engagement
• CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent enterprise networking expertise is highly preferred
