About the role

The Director of Learning and Development will lead the PreBorn! Center for Excellence, focusing on amplifying the impact of pregnancy clinics nationwide. Reporting to the VP of Programs, this role is based at the center's new, world-class training facility.

Responsibilities

  • Equip clinics with training, consultation, and equipment to save babies and bring families to Christ.
  • Develop and implement programs that focus on operational success, leadership development, clinical operations, and evangelism.
  • Foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  • Deliver program initiatives focused on operational success, leadership development, clinical operations, and evangelism.
  • Build and scale successful training programs and deliver multiple training events in a corporate environment.
  • Prepare and present reports to executive management on the progress and impact of education and training initiatives.
  • Create and monitor the annual budget.
  • Provide visionary and adaptive leadership, embodying PreBorn!’s values and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence within the team.
  • Oversee all aspects of the Center for Excellence programs to ensure professional and effective engagement and consistent methodology with PreBorn’s mission, values, and guiding principles.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of significant developments and trends in the abortion industry and pro-life movement to enhance and evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Design evaluation tools and continuously assess training effectiveness through surveys, performance metrics, and feedback loops to analyze insights and enhance program outcomes.
  • Facilitate ongoing skill development to support advancements in technology and industry standards service expectations.

Requirements

  • Sold-out Believer in Jesus Christ and committed to PreBorn's mission.
  • Demonstrated experience in training and development including curriculum development, adult learning and training, and course facilitation.
  • Bachelor’s degree required in Education, Organizational Development/Leadership, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Certifications in training and development, instructional design, adult learning principles, or related areas are a plus.
  • Positive, team-player with a pro-active approach to problem solving.
  • Independent, results-focused, highly organized self-starter.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and ability to adapt to various audiences and learning styles.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, handling multiple priorities with ease and a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership and strong team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Proven track record in building and scaling successful training programs and delivering multiple training events in a corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in E Learning Management Systems (LMS) and strong knowledge of instructional design principles and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in analyzing data and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong public speaking skills with a variety of audiences.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to different organizational and management requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Learning Management Systems, and other healthcare technology is a plus.
