About the role

The Director of Lands & Shareholder Relations oversees the management of company lands and shareholder relations, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and fostering positive relationships with local communities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement policies and procedures for managing company lands
• Oversee land acquisition and disposition activities
• Manage stakeholder engagement initiatives to enhance community relations
• Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental regulations
• Collaborate with legal and regulatory teams to address compliance issues
• Prepare and present reports on land management and shareholder relations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in land management or shareholder relations
• Proven track record in stakeholder engagement and community relations
• Strong understanding of environmental regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

• Knowledge of sustainable land management practices
• Experience with corporate social responsibility initiatives
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to travel as needed

Pay

• $120,000 - $150,000 annually
