Responsibilities

• Lead IT service delivery and analytics strategy
• Elevate data usage across the company
• Partner with IT Operations and executive leadership
• Develop and mentor IT professionals
• Guide the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive IT experience, including leadership of service delivery and/or analytics functions
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing IT teams
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate technology into organizational impact
• Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience with data analytics, reporting, and governance practices
• Financial understanding to evaluate and communicate the impact of technology decisions
• Experience managing vendors and negotiating contracts

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Professional Certifications: ITIL Foundation, Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
