Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership to define and execute IT vision and strategy
- Develop IT teams and establish goals and performance expectations
- Champion continuous improvement and knowledge sharing in IT operations
- Drive a customer-centric service model to enhance employee satisfaction
- Manage the lifecycle of enterprise IT platforms and software
- Collaborate to evaluate risks for new tools and vendors
- Oversee IT budget and manage vendor relationships for effective ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in corporate IT or enterprise technology
- 5+ years leading and scaling distributed IT teams
- Experience in building IT strategy and executing roadmaps
- Expertise in IT service management frameworks like ITIL
- Experience managing corporate IT platforms including identity and collaboration tools
- Direct experience with network teams and designing AV capabilities
- Familiarity with Zero Trust principles and compliance audits
