About the role

The Director of Interprofessional Practice and Education (IPE) will lead and collaborate on the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of interprofessional education programs and initiatives within the School of Health Professions at Rutgers University. Reporting directly to the Associate Dean of Clinical Affairs, this individual will foster collaboration across disciplines and healthcare settings, ensuring students are prepared to work effectively in team-based environments.
