Responsibilities
- Oversee all departments during the construction project lifecycle to ensure operational readiness for healthcare site integrations
- Drive regulatory approval processes and ensure compliance with licensing and accreditation standards
- Identify and mitigate project risks related to timelines and compliance
- Serve as the single accountability point for project execution within facilities management and operations
- Deliver monthly project status updates to leadership on integration progress
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of leadership and project management experience in healthcare services
- Deep understanding of state-specific healthcare permitting and licensing processes
- Knowledge of life safety codes and healthcare construction regulations
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and strategic planning
- Exemplary communication skills for influencing and collaborating with stakeholders
