Responsibilities

  • Oversee all departments during the construction project lifecycle to ensure operational readiness for healthcare site integrations
  • Drive regulatory approval processes and ensure compliance with licensing and accreditation standards

  • Serve as the single accountability point for project execution within facilities management and operations
  • Deliver monthly project status updates to leadership on integration progress

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of leadership and project management experience in healthcare services
  • Deep understanding of state-specific healthcare permitting and licensing processes
  • Knowledge of life safety codes and healthcare construction regulations
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and strategic planning
  • Exemplary communication skills for influencing and collaborating with stakeholders
