Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enterprise technology strategies, roadmaps, architecture plans, and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
- Partner with leadership teams to identify technology opportunities, evaluate risks, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Establish technology governance frameworks, policies, standards, and decision-making processes that support secure and sustainable growth.
- Lead cybersecurity, data protection, identity management, access controls, compliance efforts, and technology risk management programs.
- Oversee cloud infrastructure, endpoint security, authentication systems, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
- Guide digital transformation projects, including software implementations, system integrations, platform upgrades, and data migrations.
- Develop responsible artificial intelligence and automation strategies, including governance policies, risk assessments, training resources, and adoption frameworks.
- Manage technology vendors, contracts, licensing, budgets, and external service providers to maximize value and reduce operational risk.
- Lead and mentor technology team members while establishing service standards, documentation practices, and continuous improvement processes.
- Support a distributed workforce by ensuring reliable, secure, and user-friendly technology solutions.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to improve technology adoption and organizational effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in information technology, enterprise systems, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or technology operations.
- 3+ years of experience managing technology teams and leading enterprise-level initiatives.
- Demonstrated success developing technology strategies, digital transformation roadmaps, and governance frameworks.
- Experience managing cybersecurity programs, cloud environments, enterprise software implementations, integrations, and modernization projects.
- Proven ability to manage technology vendors, contracts, budgets, software licensing, and resource planning.
- Experience supporting remote or geographically distributed teams.
- Experience with artificial intelligence governance, automation initiatives, or emerging technology evaluation is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise cloud technologies, cybersecurity platforms, identity and access management, collaboration tools, and automation solutions.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, project management tools, virtual collaboration solutions, mobile device management, and enterprise applications.
- Google Cybersecurity Certificate required; additional cybersecurity, cloud, AI governance, or enterprise architecture certifications are preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, problem-solving, project management, and change management abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships, lead teams, and manage complex priorities in a collaborative environment.
